Justin Adams
Principal/Owner
Justin Adams is a licensed general contractor in Connecticut. He grew up in Southport, CT, and attended Greens Farms Academy. Later, he earned a degree from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA.
From an early age, Justin developed a strong passion for design. He enjoys helping people visualize their dream spaces before a project even begins.
Justin started his career designing and selling bathrooms for Re-Bath, the nation’s largest bathroom remodeler. Over time, he expanded into kitchen and home design in Westport, CT. Through Dynamic Design & Remodeling, he now creates immersive, interactive experiences for both interior and exterior spaces.
Joseph Plouffé, RA
Architect
Joseph is a creative architect with more than twenty years of experience. He holds a master’s degree in Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology.
Licensed in New York and Connecticut, Joseph is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). His sharp eye for detail and solid technical background ensure that every project is functional and visually refined. As a result, his work consistently exceeds client expectations.
Andrea Fonseca
Operations / Client Coordination
Andrea grew up around construction, gaining early exposure to the industry through her father, who worked as a contractor. That background gave her a practical understanding of how projects function on site and the importance of strong coordination behind the scenes.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Haven and plays an integral role in the daily operations at Dynamic Design & Remodeling. Andrea supports project coordination, scheduling, documentation, client communication, and internal accounting functions, helping ensure that both projects and financial processes stay organized and on track.
With a detail-oriented and solutions-focused approach, Andrea works closely with the design, construction, and management teams to maintain clear timelines, accurate records, and aligned expectations. Her combination of operational support and accounting oversight contributes to a smooth, efficient experience for clients and the internal team alike.
Mitchell Smith
Project Manager / Estimator
JMitchell’s interest in construction was shaped early through his grandfather, who worked in the contracting field and instilled a respect for craftsmanship, problem-solving, and doing the job the right way. That foundation, combined with a natural aptitude for organization and leadership, led Mitchell to pursue a career in residential remodeling.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern Connecticut State University (SCSU) and brings a strong business mindset to his role as Project Manager at Dynamic Design & Remodeling. Mitchell is responsible for overseeing projects from pre-construction planning through final completion, coordinating trades, managing schedules, and ensuring each project stays aligned with the client’s goals and budget.
Detail-oriented and dependable, Mitchell serves as a point of communication between homeowners, designers, and subcontractors. His focus on execution, accountability, and quality control helps ensure that every project progresses efficiently and results in a finished space clients can feel confident in and enjoy for years to come.
